CONCLUSION:
Even more and more people and the industries tried to persuade people to use less and less paper (toward the paper less environment) for a country like Indonesia which is in the state of growth, the paper consumption is growing faster from year to year as shown on the graphic above. Our domestic consumption in 2005 is only 24 kg/year compare with Malaysia at 56 kg/year or the USA at about 300 kg/year. Therefore there are plenty of opportunity to catch up for the printing industries in Indonesia.
WHAT TO DO?
- Be competitive
- Good after sales and services
- Good knowledge of the market
- Fully supporting the industries with knowhow and technology.
- Offering the right equipment and supplies
- Working closely with the related Association.
